Transformer monitoring system04-22, 2024

The monitoring system for 10KV and 35KV transformers mainly consists of sensors, data collectors, data processing and analysis software, and other components.
1.Sensor section
In the transformer monitoring system, sensors are devices used to collect various operational parameter data inside the transformer, mainly including current sensors (LZCK-80 outdoor split core current transformer), voltage sensors (GFJDZW-35KV voltage transformer), temperature sensors, humidity sensors, gas sensors, etc. The parameters collected by the above sensors are important basis for evaluating the operating status and diagnosing abnormalities of transformers.
2.Data collector section
A data collector is a device used to collect information from sensors. Its main function is to organize, process, and store various data collected by sensors, providing data support for the next step of data processing and analysis. The collector is usually combined with the sensor part to form a data acquisition unit.
3.Data processing and analysis software section
Data processing and analysis software is the core part of the transformer monitoring system, which can process and analyze the operating status of transformers based on the collected data. The functions of data processing and analysis software mainly include data compression, data correction, data filtering, feature extraction, state evaluation, fault diagnosis, prediction and early warning, etc.
The above three parts respectively constitute the main components of the transformer monitoring system. By preprocessing, classifying, and extracting features from the data collected by sensors, with the support of software analysis models, real-time monitoring of the operating status of transformers can be achieved, and possible faults can be predicted and warned. This is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of transformers and improving their operational efficiency.
